- Delivery Times:
We are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery times in Quebec are 3 days from order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the exact destination and weather conditions.
- Delivery Zones:
We currently deliver throughout Quebec, Canada, and the USA. For deliveries outside of Quebec, please contact us before placing your order to discuss delivery options and associated fees.
- Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees will be calculated at the time of payment and will depend on the weight of the order, destination, and chosen shipping method. These fees will be clearly indicated before completing the order.
- Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can then track the delivery progress in real-time.
- Free Delivery:
We offer free delivery in Quebec for orders exceeding a minimum amount of $150 before taxes. This offer is valid for deliveries in Quebec only.
- Parcel Receipt:
It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address and ensure that someone is present to receive the parcel. In case of absence during delivery, a notice will be left indicating the next steps.
