Natural Habitat
This crab always lives near mermaid groups, nestled in their aquatic lairs woven from seaweed, pearls, and pieces of singing shells. It loves to hide under fallen scales and makes its bed there. It witnesses their most beautiful songs and their deepest silences.

Special Characteristics
Its carapace, finely decorated with green and turquoise sequins, is designed to reflect underwater sound vibrations. It is said that its pincers can mimic the sound of mermaid tears falling on shells. It is often sent as a scout or a messenger between two worlds.
