Natural habitat
This tiny crab lives exclusively in miniature kelp groves, where it maintains a complex network of tunnels, hiding places, and seaweed bridges. It knows every leaf, every knot, every current. It moves through them with surprising speed for its size.

Peculiarities
It is known for its ability to map currents and anticipate the movements of underwater light. The sequins on its shell resemble pins on a map. It is also said that its tiny claws can weave seaweed like ribbons.

It is said to protect magical seaweed seeds, and to entrust them to dreamers whose thoughts are the most fertile.

"When it saw me, it stared at me, raised a tiny piece of seaweed like a flag, then hid. But I found, right next to it, a message woven into the fibers: 'Cultivate what brings you peace.'"
